Seed Tourism and Hotel Services Inc. Lighting Text Regarding Security Cameras in the Service Area

This lighting text has been prepared by Seed Tourism and Hotel Services Inc., as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and the Communique on Procedures and Principles to Fulfill the Lighting Obligation.

A total of 71 security cameras are installed in various areas within the service area, including the exterior facade, corridor areas, parking lot, restaurant section, beach areas, technical service area, storage, garden areas, rooms, in front of the meeting rooms, and in the camera system room. The purpose of these cameras is to ensure the security of the service area by recording images, and the recording process is supervised by the administrative and IT departments.

Requests under Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the relevant person, can be sent in writing to Seed Tourism and Hotel Services Inc. at the address Vatan Caddesi Çamyuva Mahallesi No:3 Çamyuva Kemer/Antalya or via email at kvkk@zenaresort.com.tr, in accordance with the “Regulation on the Procedure and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller.”
